Kenneth passed away on June 30, 2021 at the Indianola Good Samaritan Society. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, July 9 at Brooks Funeral Care, 7975 University Blvd. in Clive.
Kenneth Wayne Schultz was born December 31, 1955 in Grinnell, Iowa to David Eugene and Donna Joanne (Eldridge) Schultz. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He spent his career as a painter and handyman. Kenneth enjoyed painting, fishing, gardening, woodworking, and music. He also liked Harleys, cars and trucks, and spending time with his family.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, David E. and Donna Joanne (Eldridge) Schultz; grandmother, Elizabeth; grandfather, Ervin; brother-in-law, Steve Harris; great-nephews: Nikko Fontinel, Peyton Jesina, and Matthew Phipps; great-nieces: Corrin Phipps and Jamie Phipps; and his best friend, Kirk Emmert.
Kenneth is survived by his children, Zoey Joanne Schultz and Katerina Amaris Schultz; siblings: Jeff (Sue) Schultz, Bruce McCreary, Cloanne Schultz Davis, Amanda Harris, Terri Schultz Phipps, and Kris (Michael) Carroll; nieces: Wendy, Heather, Kati, Amber, Michaela, Jeri Li, Jennie, and Emily; nephews: Jeremy, Brandon, Chad, Josh, Joe, and Adam; stepdaughter, Bonnie Purk; as well as other friends and relatives.
