Helen Pavelka went to her eternal home on April 16, 2022. She was born April 25, 1933 in Readlyn, Iowa to Arthur and Elsie Klemp.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Cletus. Also preceded by her parents and three siblings.
She is survived by children Mary Durand (Mike Sinclair) and Mark (Peggy) Pavelka; grandchildren Michael (Jody) Durand, Matthew (Jessica) Durand, Melissa (Grant) Dietrich, Joseph Pavelka (Katie Hines), and Jeffrey Pavelka; great-grandchildren Jacob and Sophia Durand. Also dear to her were her 12 grandkitties and 6 granddogs.
A private family celebration of her life will be held on her birthday, April 25th.
Memorial donations may be made to St. James Lutheran Church in Johnston, Iowa, however the greatest gift of all is the love for one another as commanded by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
